    The 'diva of simplicity' strikes again...

    I learned about Cooking 1-2-3 from NBC's Today Show and bought two copies -- one for my house and one for my mother's. There are lots of we- can-do-that recipes for both of us. The food is amazingly good and the recipes are clear enough for both of us to follow. 'Maple Glazed Salmon' was yummy. And the long chapter on vegetables is a revelation on healthful eating.
