Cooking 101: Basic Cooking Tips for the Beginner Cook
Being a Successful Home Cook: Plan it, Prep it, Cook it, Serve it, Eat it.

Being a good cook doesn’t mean you have to have a fancy kitchen, all of the coolest appliances, or lots of space.
All you really need are some basic skills and techniques, tips, tricks and some good recipes and you’ll be cooking along in no time.
Cooking is really fun and when you pull off a great meal it can be really fulfilling. There are however, some basic safety issues you will want to consider. After all, cooking involves fire, heat, sharp things, and slippery messes.

Don’t get discouraged, because everybody makes mistakes, even top chefs get it wrong. Not that I would qualify myself as a top chef (I just like to cook) but I make mistakes, too.
It happens, but it’s important to keep trying and not give up.
