I wish I could give this more stars. But the recipes lack ingredient measurements. It starts off great, though, despite the omissions. The photos are very nicely done, and the directions are good enough for me. I think I could probably make these dishes by "guesstimating" and experimenting on how much of each ingredient to add, especially since I'm not new to Chinese cooking, mostly, stir fries. I'd encourage others to try as well. You never know -- you may succeed brilliantly. Many thanks to the author!
This book have full of great recipes with step by step pictures that can be easy to follow. I love it and wil try every recipes in the book. Yum-O!
