I was very upset when I got to reading some of these recipes. The name of the book is wrong it should not be recipes for one. This book had very few recipes for one and even had recipes for six and eight. So if your really wanting a recipe book that can help you create one person meals don't use this one!

Check it out if you're European.

This cookbook was recommended to me, and the recipes seem easy and interesting, but unfortunately, the directions are written in grams and liters! I thus had to return it, or I would have had to do the math calculations for each and every recipe.
