This is a wonderful and well written book. I enjoyed her cooking show on PBS, and her book is just as good. She gives a really interesting view into the Amish community (history and kitchens). Very well done! A+!

I love this woman's cookbooks! She takes you through the seasons filled with delicious eating, splashed with Amish/Mennonite culture.
