I have returned this book to B&N. Any book that recommends adding a Diet Mountain Dew to a recipe is not healthy in my opinion. There were other things, but this one took the cake for me. Sorry. Maybe this book would be good for someone who isn't really all that health conscious and wants to eat at a level just above the fast food offerings, but it was not for me.
