I just purchsed this book a few days ago. And it is the BEST nationally avaliable southern cookbook I have ever purchased. Johnnie really knows how to give you simple but VERY DELICIOUS recipes to go by and use EVERYDAY. This is a book that I DEFINATELY would give to Friends and Family as a gift. Way to go Johnnie ! If you ever decide to do another book I WILL be at B & N to get it.... :)
This is one I will keep in the kitchen for everyday use - reminds me of my grandmother's kitchen. Love, Love, LOVE IT!
