I was put on a low sodium, low fat diet by my doctor to help with my high blood pressure. I found this book and began using it right away. The flavors are fantastic, and the recipes are really easy to follow. I lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks without exercising and my husband lost 15 lbs. As I am adding in an exercise routine the inches are coming off really fast. My blood pressure is almost healthy again. The best part is how the food tastes. The word I would use to describe this book is AWESOME! Now I'm looking for one just for fish and one just for beef. I'm sure if they have them I won't be disappointed.
