I took this cookbook out from the library to see if I would like it. I have to say that I love everything about this book. The recipes are quick, but use fresh, flavorful ingredients - even my husband has used this book! I really like the use of ingredients you can actually get at your local supermarket. Also, each recipe lists the nutritional information on the same page - great for watching calories. I love this cookbook so much, I had to purchase it and am going back for the other Cooking Light Fresh Foods cookbooks!
