I am an avid C.L. reader and own a majority of their cookbooks (Best of C.L., Complete C.L., Cooking Through the Seasons, Way to Bake, Italian, etc.) - This is THE one to have! I just recieved this cookbook for Christmas and I have made at least a dozen recipes - all are 4 to 5 stars. I love that the book follows format with the magazine for showing total time to make and there are many tips / tricks throughout. Beautiful photos and a great layout with chapters and (finally!) a good index in a C.L. cookbook, this one is my absolute favorite from Cooking Light. I can't say enough about this one - definitely purchase for yourself and a friend (or two); this one is timeless and you will turn to it again and again!!!
