Reading some of the reviews here, I was a bit skeptical... but my love for tasty Mexican food left me with no choice but to give this book a chance and sure it is a beginner's book and very simple - but that's not really a negative if easy and simple is how you like your cookbooks.

OK, seriously, this might not be the BIGGEST cookbook with the BEST Mexican recipes in the world... but the recipes are really super simple.

If you really love Mexican food, you're going to find some little gems in this cozy little cookbook. One of my absolute faves wa the chipotle cream sauce - so easy to make and so tasty. Much tastier that you'd expect putting it together! I did double up on the Chipotle for my hubby 'cause he loves his food extra spicy. Great as a dip or for anythin

Even if Mexican wasn't my favorite food, I'd want this cookbook in my library, that is my new Kindle library where hundreds of my favorite cookbooks fit on a few squares inches of kitchen counter.

I tried a few things, chicken enchiladas suizas first of course, and results were excellent. There are a few wonderful Mexican cookbooks out there, but many have ingredients I've never heard of or I have to go to a specialty store to get.
