    I borrowed this book from the library and loved it so much I had

    I borrowed this book from the library and loved it so much I had to buy my own copy. In additon to easy recipes,you get a primer on vegetarian ingredients along with complete nutritonal informaton.That information is valuable for anyone on a specia diet.
