I own all 3 of the Townsin's cooking with wine books. They are the best cookbooks I have ever owned and all the recipes are very easy to follow. I just recently made the Scallops with wine and Brie dish and this recipe is AMAZING!! I can totally reccomend all these cooking with wine books.
