    GREAT for the non-baker

Although I am an excellent cook, baking was never my forte. However, I am a huge fan of the Cooks Country TV series, and thought I would give this book a try. My first effort, a cheese cake, was a total success. The instructions are clear and simple - failure proof !!!!! I highly recommend this book for those of us who are not secure bakers - the end result will impress your friends and amaze your enemies.
