This was a very good book to help family and friends of loved ones afflicted with Lymes disease. It helps all to understand the disease and how lives are changed due to this debilitating disease that is considered controversial. My 21 son was recently diagnosed with the disease after two years of seeking help for fatigue, neurological disorders and chronic joint pain. It is a very good book for understanding the complexities of the disease.

As a person with Lyme Disease I found this book to be very helpful. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is that it is somewhat old. I wish there was a more recent update as the Lyme research is ever evolving. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

The book was great and I would highly recommend it. As for the service from Barnes & Noble in getting the book, I cannot say the same. I paid extra shipping to get it her right away but that money was spent for nothing. It was two days late and came by the US Mail. I will never order anything again from B & N. as this is not the first time this has happened. Sorry, but I will take my business elsewhere. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
