This book was a great read and helped me tremendously. I understood that it was possible. It does work. I began my business while I was still reading the book. Several people sent me things to edit and I have started to build my resume. I thank Suzanne very much.

I bought this book and downloaded it to my phone, which is the only device I have for reading e-books, and it is nothing but blank pages with a cartoon icon every now and then. B&N insists there is nothing wrong with it on their end, and it cannot be returned or refunded. Maybe this book is readable on the actual Nook device, but I basically paid for a bunch of blank pages. This is the first complaint I have with B&N e-books, but it is a big enough of problem that I will be buying from a source that has a return policy from now on! I don't think the copy of this book that I bought deserves any stars.
