It contains beginner routines all the way up to more advanced workout moves for progressing through the program, or for those who are used to working out and want a quicker workout to get in and out of the gym as fast as possible, Core Performance Essentials is a good read for those of us who have lives and don't want to spend 2 hours in the gym every day.
