    For anyone who has never worked out, or even for those who have

    For anyone who has never worked out, or even for those who have but are looking to have a life outside the gym, this book is for you. It contains beginner routines all the way up to more advanced workout moves for progressing through the program, or for those who are used to working out and want a quicker workout to get in and out of the gym as fast as possible, Core Performance Essentials is a good read for those of us who have lives and don't want to spend 2 hours in the gym every day.
