Small enough to keep with you. Easy to use. Great as a companion to another diet program.

This diary allows me to plan how I "spend" my calories so I don't feel deprived. It allowed me to see areas where I was wasting calories and it's encouraging to see the changes each week.

From someone who has tried almost every diet and failed. . . I TOTALLY recommend this diary! I've lost 20 pounds so far (haven't even started exercising yet!) and have gone from a size 14 to a size 6 in a little under two months. This diary makes you keep track of what you put in your mouth, helps you plan ahead, track your goals and, in the process, you learn portion control. Great tool!

I carried this book in my purse so it went everywhere I did. It helped me figure out the calories of the food I was consuming, and by writing it out I became more conscious of what was going into my body. I also like the dieting tips it gives every other day.

In my first review, I said this book probably saved my life, and that it worked for me when nothing else had. I continued using it, and achieved my goal of a 60 pound weight loss in a little over 7 months. Perhaps as importantly, I've developed a very healthy eating style. I'll continue using the diary to insure the pounds stay off.

I recently graduated from college and since my 21st birthday, I have gained a few extra pounds. Hmm... I think I am seeing a pattern. Anyway, I received this book for Christmas, and so far it has been an incredible resource. Updating my caloric intake has become habit, and with that, the pounds have started falling off. This is a fabulous book... when I run out of pages I will definitely buy a new one.

My wife bought this for me as an aid to lose weight. It flat out works. I've lost 37 pounds in a little over 3 months. Obviously, you need some discipline and self-control to make this work. Supply both of those, and this guide will help change the way you eat; that's what a successful diet program is all about.
