Jacob Williams came to Diller Hollow, California looking for gold - and he found it. Plenty of it. That means he's a man with lots of free time. When he and three friends decide to devote that free time towards catching an escaped animal, though, they get a little more than they bargained for. Corocotta is the second story in the Bestiary Tales.

I wish the author could have developed the characters a bit more. I was left at the end of the book wondering where the climax of the story was.

Interesting. The last book (Mngwa) I read by this author, I mistakenly put the wrong review on it, one meant for another book entirely. That what happens when the covers are somewhat similar. Haven't figured out how to remove it either. Anyway, these types of stories leave a lot to the imagination. I'm still wondering.
