Many books on this topic are written by lawyers in legal language to scare readers. This book, however, is easy to understand and provides step-by-step guides on all aspects of incorporating, where to incorporate and how to maintain the corporate protection to avoid personal liability. Also has info on selecting S-corporation vs C-Corporation status and many useful forms and documents.
