Corrie Ten Boom was a great person and she suffered pretty badly having been at numorous concentration camps amd having germans beat her even when she became an old woman. For her having the Beje her home broken into was scary especially because she had been hiding Jews in her house when the germans made a law that if anyone was caught hiding even one jew they would surly die. Corrie and her sister Betsie were beaten and treated badly and they were put in concentration camp which is like prison except you have a really hard job that makes you either sick or it just kills you because you are so weak and old. Corrie's sister and her father died within a few days of what felt like prison and that left Corrie devastated until one day long after that she was let free from under german occupation to go home to the Beje and find that all of the jews she had hidden in a secret room called the Angel's Den were safe. What a relief!!Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

Corrie tenBoom is a GREAT book!!!!!
I even wrote a paper one it and I am only 11 (but I wrote the paper when I was 10, and it was only one page long).
Corrie tenBoom suffered a great deal becaus of th germans and Hitler. But she even loved the people who treated her wrong and she forgave them. Well I have said to much already sorry for spoiling the story it is just so hard to keep in the good news.
