    it's a must read

Do you like cars? Then a perfect book for you is Corvette 50 Years.

This book is non-fiction and mostly images. It spans from 1952 to 2002. It is basically a time line of GM's timeless car the Corvette.

My favorite part of the book is that it's all about the Corvette, one of my favorite cars.

I would recommend this book to anybody who likes cars, READ IT!

    Corvette encyclopedia

It's all in here, from the blue flame six to the L82 C3s and King of The Hill ZR-1. The most comprehensive single book on the Corvette IMO. Because it came out in late 2002 it doesn't cover the latest C6, but it's still an incredible buy.

    The Ultimate Corvette Book

If you know someone who owns or has owned a Corvette, and you want to endear yourself to him, wrap this baby up in red paper and put it on the front seat. He will never take the 'vette out of the garage because of the beauty of the book. It is a stunner. Well written as well as visually stunning, Leffingwell is particularly interesting in describing the post WW2 years at General Motors when they were deciding whether to try and build the great American Sports Car. Included are hundreds of luscious photos...some of models I never knew existed. Here's to fifty more great years of sexy and wicked fast cars.
