Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature - Marilyn Courtot
I suppose if kids have mastered 1,2,3 then this will be a useful book. It continues the counting sequence through 6. There are four cookies in the jar, five oranges and six apple slices. Where do we go from here? Back to four with four pairs of eyeglasses, five boots and six various hats! Had enough? No, one more timeā€”four grasshoppers, five fish and six ducks (five babies follow their mother). It is still not over, because there is one more sequence to go. The final page has six birds in a tree and kids can count from one to six. The back inside cover offers recommendations for parents and caregivers to help kids with counting skills.
