Editorial Reviews

Library Journal
Berkshire House is publishing a completely revised edition of its Country Inns and Back Roads Cookbook, which was last updated in 1980. The cookbook is an offshoot of the immensely popular "Country Inns and Back Roads" series of guidebooks. The new edition, authored by Conway, is a hardcover rather than a paperback, has color photographs, and includes all-new recipes. Half the inns represented are new additions as well. This volume should be of interest to travelers as well as cooks.
