Do arranged marriages still happen?

For Lindsey Buchannan, yes. Everything was kept in her husband's name, giving him full control of all they owned. And upon his death-bed, he exposed his plan for his family's future. Lindsey has two months to marry Keaton Durham, a man willing to win her heart, or she'll lose her trusts and home to a charity.

Determined to make it on her own, Lindsey rejects the idea immediately. But when a drug-addicted family member threatens her children for the sake of money, the young widow's left with little choice but to turn to Keaton. His steadfast devotion and love for her children weaken her defenses. As she struggles to calm the romantic notions of her heart, suspense builds when drug paraphernalia is found planted in her van. Keaton vows to protect them but even love can't defy logic–no one can be there all of the time.

Meet the Author

Glad you stopped by. I'm a writer of inspirational suspense romance and love what I do. A road near our home inspired my first novel which I was able to squeeze into print in a year's time in-between homeschooling our children. I'm never bored and enjoy learning new things and meeting new people. Thanks for taking an interest and I hope you come back!

This was a great book! I have read all my life, and for the past 10 years have read the Christian fiction authors who are constantly published. Regina Tittel will be right there with them! I usually take several nights to read a book, just to relax before going to sleep; I could not put this one down on the second night, and read well past bedtime! I look forward to reading her other books, and anticipating what she will come out with in the future. Real life is so hard that it's so nice to go bed with a "happily ever after" story! Thank you, Regina!

A beautiful love story without all the details of the 'physical ' actions.

This was an excellent book.. its almost 400 pages, it was hard to lay it down. Was up until 4am trying to finish .. only to finally realize I had to wait and get the ending this morning..and so first thing today I finished this wonderful read! The book covers it all from faith in God, good humor, suspense , love (of the deepest kind), it also covers different kinds of abuse. This is truly a 5 star book. I put off reading mainly because the cover page picture didn't look to interesting.. let me tell you , the old saying "don't judge a book by its cover" is totally true. This book is one to read again later! Loved it :)

Absolutely a wonder read! The characters are quickly likeable as though they could be members of your own church. The villain is terrifying without being vulgar. Regina has done an excellent job of taking growing threats in our world (abuse and drug addiction) and showing how God's grace will support and care those through who allow Him the freedom to do so.

Once again, excellent story. Keaton & Lindsey are enjoyable to read about, but Keaton and the kids are my favorite, along with Ann & Jacob with Lucy, Ethan and Keaton's youngest sister. Enjoyable, but some parts of the storyline involving Clayton..well, I found to be a bit farfetched. But its a story and did not distract from the overall storyline. Excellent read. Now on to book 4, Lucy's story.*vrnb*
