I've enjoyed the books Mary Kay Andrews writes under the Andrews name, which always make me laugh out loud, so decided to try this (and Lickety-Split), written under the name Kathy Hogan Trochek. Not only is the style very different, but I just couldn't get "into" these. The plot line put me off, and I eventually just took the book off my reading device without finishing it. I won't bother with Lickety-Split. However, I AM looking forward to the next MKA book (Spring Fever), due out in June. These are lighter
