Crazy for Crab takes the fear out of seafood cooking. I love the crab cake recipes! The soups are flavorful and can be made in minutes and my family has loved them this winter. Now finally, I can try the soft shell crab recipes! I enjoy reading the book as well as cooking from it, it weaves in stories about the people who crab for a living. Anyone who loves a good fish story will love this book. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

This cookbook is outstanding for all true lovers of crab. All of the recipes are well explained and tasty. The author also includes many variations--which is a must for any seafood cookbook. His version of She crab soup is especially good for the novice crab cook. I highly recommend this title. MGDWas this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
