    The Great Oglala Lakota Warrior

This was a totally moving true life story of the great Oglala Lakota warrior, Crazy Horse. Any one who is interested in his life would definitely benefit from this book. The author did extensive research on her subject and interviewed many of Crazy Horse's surviving relatives and fellow warriors. I could not put this book down. It made me cry for this Strange Man of the Oglalas, who just wanted to protect his people and way of life.

Immerse yourself in the life and mind of the Oglala Lakota with this biography of Crazy Horse. A dozen years in the making, Sandoz's work vividly portrays the life of the Lakota and the end of the way of life they had known for centuries.
