There are many books out there that teach educators how to create PLCs, but one thing is lacking in much of the research.keeping them going! Creating a Coaching Culture teaches you how to do that by examining our natural preferences for teaching and learning that ultimately affect our personality and every decision we make. The understanding of these differences that this book creates is invaluable to the success of PLCs and provides necessary tools for open communication, a key element of successful PLCs. I love the ready-to-use handouts and activities that the authors have created. They make it so easy to examine and discuss important issues with colleagues. As a result, educators can easily collaborate and help students achieve success. Finally, a book the truly teaches me how to make PLCs work in practice, not just in theory.
