Through a class project they are challenged to find a way to impact their community for the better. After two weeks of service projects, Drew and Tim realize the impact that they can have in their community. They learn it's not about the work they do,
but the fact that they are willing to do it. With this attitude they find one of life's greatest rewards.

Inspiring Read for Kids and Adults

This was a terrific story about how volunteerism can impact your life and the lives of others. It inspires the reader to get out and do something for others and reminds us all that even the seemingily insignificant tasks can be meaningful, as someone is always watching. Helping others inspires them to do the same, thus creating a ripple effect. There are so many places within our communities where young and old can reach out and help, touching others' lives while simultaneously transforming their own from within as they realize that there is a bigger world out there and acknowledge that they are truly blessed.
