Sandra L. Taylor was born in Traverse City, Michigan, in 1940. She was born again on January 7, 1976, and was ordained in 2002. Taylor and her husband, Glenn, founded JLM Prison Ministries in Watauga, Texas. She has three children and seven grandchildren. Visit her online at jlmministries.com.
