    Disappointing for the scientific reader

I received this book as a birthday present and was eager to read it as a fourth year biology student and Christian. I was very disappointed to find that most if not all his arguments are based on the idea 'It is complicated, so it must have been made by a creator.' As I believe in both God, and his ability to use evolution as his means of creation, I was upset that this book was close-minded to even the most basic level of genetic change through the generations caused by natural selection. It may be a 'good read' for someone of little or no scientific knowledge. For all others who desire more information on their Faith and Evolution/Biology I would suggest a book that is written to be factual and intelligent rather than opinionated and fanatic.

    Good read for apologetic novices

Arguments & examples are clearly written but occasionally belabored, and many have been published elsewhere, but an excellent starting point if new to apologetics.
    Short at 157 pages.

    Good evidence, for any jury

Grant Jeffries' use of mathematical odds, is a very good effort to try and have the reader work scenrios out using common logic with the game of chance. Jeffries' also brings in views and opinions of creation skeptics from past and present. These opinions are taken from skeptic sources(books and biographies) however they are truthful accounts of what needed to be brought to the readers attention. For example, Charles Darwin himself admitted that 'the intricate design in the human eye was so specialized, that he couldn't imagine the eye developed through evolution'(Origin of Species). Jeffries also makes good connections between biblical prophecy and scienctific discoveries in many fields within the last few decades. Would recommend this book to the begginer or intermediate reader investigating creation- science. For a evolutionist(s) point of view i would recommend holding back on this book until reading the Bible particularly the Book of Job, to become familiar with biblical prophecy and Apologetics that relate to recent scientific discoveries which Jefferies has demonstrated in Creation: Evidence of God's Design
