    Creative Awakenings by Sheri Gaynor

This book is just the thing for anyone who has ever had creative urges and wondered how to get started. It reaffirms that all of us have an artist inside. We just have to be brave enough to let the artist out to play! I highly recommend this book for experienced artists and beginners alike. It is supported by a wonderful web site that keeps the momentum going.

    Lot's Of Projects

She takes you on a journey of self exploration and creative self actualization. If you're despairing for inspiration or desiring a creative leg-up, this book provides it. Her work as a therapist has been the impetus behind the creation of her book, so be prepared to journey with various artists as they help you to uncover your creative self.
