    Just what I needed !

    I have wanted to journal for most of my life, but didn't know how or where to start. How detailed do I get, do I reveal some personal or family secrets, do I record my life chronologically or just the memorable moments when they come to mind? This book gives me some options and ideas I would not have thought of.

    It has given me the basics I needed to answer my questions, with choices of the method that pleaes me and I feel comfortable with.

    I would recommend reading the book like a novel, cover to cover, making notes as you go along, then review the sections you want to gain a better understanding of.

    I have started out with a spiral notebook so I can go back crossing out and inserting items as it feels right. When I have a section or time period complete, I can transfer it to my forever journal.

    I keep my journal in a private place that my daughters will find when they clean out my personal items when I have left this earth. It reminds me to be careful to not include anything that will cause hurt feelings for anyone.
