It started off great, Anthony was a sexy prince charming... the kind that female readers fall in love with. Then soon after their marriage he becomes the husband from hell. He puts Jasmine through so much pain physical and emotional throughout the rest of the book, sometimes directly and others indirectly, that it's extremely unrealistic that she would stay in love with him. Also, it seemed like the writer tried to cram entirely too much in the book, way too many adventure's and side stories it just became utterly ridiculous. Just when you think the couple would end happily ever after they'd get into some other over the top situation, hate each other for a while then suddenly have sex and all is well over and over again. I struggled to finish, though I shook my head to myself the entire second half of the book. The ending was very abrupt and as unrealistic as the rest of the book. I know, it's fiction and romance, but I have to draw the line somewhere. This is one of the worst romance novels I have ever read.
