As a mystery this book was rather anticlimatical and boring. However, the facts and pictures illistrating some of the things that Greeks would see on a daily basis made it an interesting historical fiction. This story was so short that there was no character development or real plot line. If it had been longer and the writing style had been better, this would be a must read for anyone with an interest in ancient Greece or Rome. Unfortunately, it wasn't and has been reduced to a boring story not fit to be read by even the most brain-damaged of football players.
