    Great Book!

This book is an excellent defense of the KJV and it's manuscripts. There is a lot of helpful scholarship in this book. The author also presents it in a teaching manner which is easy to understand. I really learned a lot about the manuscript issues, church fathers, ancient translations, etc. I would strongly recommend this book. Psalm 100:5: "For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations."

Crowned with Glory: A Balanced Look at the King James Issue

In Crowned With Glory, Dr. Thomas Holland has delivered a must-read for anyone interested in the issue of textual criticism, particularly the Traditional Text. The book incorporates a great deal of information on such topics as the history of the English Bible, translational and textual differences, and the Dead Sea Scrolls. For students who have taken Dr. Holland's textual criticism classes via the Internet, the information included in the book reinforces the truths already learned through his lessons and provides many additional resource materials. For those not familiar with Dr. Holland's work, Crowned With Glory will prove to be a delightful surprise: a book that explores the King James issue with honesty and without the usual bias and rhetoric. I heartily recommend this book to anyone who wants a deeper understanding of this important issue.
