Cruncher and the Ghost [NOOK Book]

Overview

He's cool, he's courageous, he's a private eye, and he's twelve years old! So, okay, perhaps he has read too many old detective novels, and, sure, you could say he's got an over-active imagination, but so what? The fact he may not always see things the same way other people do doesn't mean the world isn't really out to get him. Maybe, just maybe, the forces of evil truly are lined up against him.

Whether it's demon-possessed, man-eating dogs, or just some slightly fiendish old ladies, Joe Cruncher is tough enough to take whatever the world dishes out. Besides, he's got a secret weapon. A girlfriend with enough common sense to keep even the most dedicated lunatic away from trouble. Unfortunately, she can't always be around, and if Joe is anything, he's dedicated.
Thus, you have the basic ingredients for some incredible adventures. Throw in a ghost or two, a killer Fido, a misunderstood "duck", and a whole bunch of lost money, and you've got more than enough adventure to kill your average twelve year old. Good thing Cruncher isn't average, though. As you will see, he's unlike anybody you ever knew before. Learn more at: joecruncher.com
