Meet the Author

LINDA FORD draws on her own experiences living in the Canadian prairie and Rockies to paint wonderful adventures in romance and faith. She lives in Alberta, Canada, with her family, and she writes as much as her full-time job of taking care of a parapelgic and four kids, who are still at home, will allow. Linda says, 'I thank God that He has given me a full, productive life and that I'm not bored. I thank Him for placing a little bit of the creative energy revealed in His creation into me, and I pray I might use my writing for His honor and glory.'

    Great book!

Ace is afraid to love and tries to keep to himself in order not to be hurt by anyone else he cares for. His mother died when he was 13 and rather than going to live with his great-aunt, he ended up growing up in foster care thinking his only living relative didn't want him.
Nicole loved Ace since the one summer they spent time together as kids. Having lost her farher as a young girl due to extreme sports, and later having to deal with the loss of her mother and step-father while she was in college, Nicole avoids any risk she can. She is responsible for her Grandmother and her sister Carrie and will go to great lengths to protect them, which includes avoiding danger and risk at all cost.
Nicole and Ace meet once again whike Ace returns to his Aunt's home to sort through and dispose of his Aunts belongings. Both have built up walls to protect themself, yet there is an unmistakeable connection that they share. Can love overcome fear? Or with their fears and doubts keep them from finding a life-time of love?

This is a really great book!
