Have used a number of the recipes in this great book - strongly suggest those who want to learn too cook Cuban cuisine and desserts use this book thoroughly. Its'the best and very easy to follow.
This book truly has some of the best cuban 'recetas'. The measurements are correct and it has that 'old cuba' taste. Thanks for this great collection.
