Features: It nicely covers all subject areas in otolaryngology, as well as the important basic science elements key to this field. Every chapter begins with key points and a "most relevant" reading list. This edition comes with access to an online version that includes videos and important aspects of ACGME key indicator cases, which is a big benefit for residents in this field.
Assessment: Once again, this book has set the standard for comprehensive textbooks in otolaryngology, and this update covers new developments in the field. The addition of the online videos, images, and references solidifies its standing as one of the classic comprehensive textbooks in this specialty.
