Overview

An easy-to-follow plan to regain a healthy gastrointestinal system-and relieve problems from gas to bloating to IBS.

Close to 100 million Americans suffer from chronic-and sometimes very serious- gastrointestinal conditions. Prominent gastroenterologist Dr. Wesley Jones has found that virtually all digestive problems have one single underlying cause-constipation. Our modern diets and stressful lifestyles can make poor digestion such a common experience that sometimes people don't even recognize it as a problem. Here, Dr. Jones provides a proven program that has already helped thousands relieve and prevent constipation-related gastrointestinal problems for life.

No one wants to talk about constipation, but millions suffer from it. Take as evidence the ubiquitous ads for Dannon's billion-dollar brand, Activia, which features Jamie Lee Curtis talking about "occasional irregularity." Constipation is one of the most common gastrointestinal complaints in the United States, resulting in about two million doctor visits annually. However, most people treat themselves without seeking medical help, as is evident from the millions of dollars Americans spend on laxatives each year. Now, this book will offer them a safe, proven, easy-to-follow program to relieve constipation once and for all.

Because it's not just uncomfortable-it's unhealthy!

This is TRULY a must read for anyone suffering from any type of illness...IT WILL BLOW YOUR MIND! I have been referred to as a "mystery" patient by my doctors. I love the idea that Dr. Wes Jones thinks outside the box just like the doctor that referred me to him. His focus is on helping people. Upon meeting Dr. Jones and talking about his book I have to admit I was a bit skeptical but not anymore... IT WORKS!! I have been on the program for about 6 weeks....OMG! I can actually feel a difference. I have more energy, less bloating, less cramping just to name a few. This is a lifestyle change not something that can be fixed overnight. After being diagnosed with celiac disease a couple of years ago I know all too well about lifestyle changes. It is working so well that my husband decided to get on the program. If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired then this is the book for you! I highly recommend this program. Go into it with an open mind and you will be surprised at what else will open up. Thanks Dr. Wes Jones! I pray that GOD will richly bless you!

    Surprisingly Fun Read!

As a regular fiction reader, I was a little surprised to find myself enjoying Cure Constipation Now so much. Those who can get past possible reluctance to read a book about bathroom habits (and smells!) will be persuaded by Dr. Jones that very few people understand the importance of eating the right kind of fiber, and the multiple unhealthy consequences of not doing so. The case history vignettes sprinkled liberally throughout the book are fascinating, sometimes horrifying, but also convincing that Dr. Jones's fiber therapy has real merit. The book is worth reading and sharing with relatives and close friends who admit to struggling with any of the health concerns mentioned in the book.
