Editorial Reviews

Kristine Reed
"Curriculum Leadership: Development and Implementation is a well constructed text that I would not hesitate to order for my class. I am definitely looking for a text that students will find readable and hold their attention without losing the rigor or denying students the opportunity to capture a real sense of the complexity that surrounds curriculum."
Allen H. Seed
"It is rare to find a textbook that so closely matches the objectives of a course and the needs of the students who typically take that course. Curriculum Leadership: Development and Implementation does both extremely well. "
David Gray
"Curriculum Leadership: Development and Implementation is a must-read for school principals and teachers interested in improving the quality of learning in their schools! "
Robert Ferrera
"Finally, a book for graduate students that deals with all aspects of curriculum. The authors have done a masterful job in exploring a multi-faceted, complex subject with rich and current information and excellent, interesting writing!...I enthusiastically endorse this book. "
Cynthia Chapel
"Curriculum Leadership: Development and Implementation is a current and accurate assessment of the field of curriculum development that will provide teachers, school leaders and curriculum practitioners with the breadth and scope of research and the range of best practices affecting schools. It addresses issues pertinent to No Child Left Behind Act and state standards for high performing schools and highly qualified teachers. It will be a valuable addition to curriculum studies for years to come. "
Mary C. Clement
"I continue to read and look for the "perfect" curriculum book for my ED S students who are studying to be administrators. This book is now at the top of my list. "
