This story was about a girl named Sarah..her parents ent her and her brother Aaron to this camp called 'Camp Cold Lake'. And since her bunkmates and everyone else hates her she plans to drown..and then everyone will feel sorry for her...but things dont go exactly like Sarah planned them to. Because when she realized that she was staying under the water too long she just poked her head up and realized she was lost. In a very strange cold winter place ...she finds someone siting near the lake singing the camp cold lake song..her name was Della and she was a ghost....and sice Camp Cold Lake had so many rules you always needed a buddy..but Sarah didnt have a buddy and so didnt Della asked her if she wants her to be her buddy but Sarah said 'NO!' and ran away..so the ghost kept following after her.....I'm not telling u anymore find out yourself if you read this amazing, terrifying, terrific and A.W.E.S.O.M.E. BOOK!!!..(would you like to be sent to a camp like this???)

I am a huge R.L. Stine fan, so I went right ahead and read the book. The story follows 12-year-old Sarah. She is very shy, so her parents send her to a water camp. Her roommates are not very nice to her, so she comes up with a plan so they will:she will pretend to drown. Then everyone will feel sorry for her, and be nice to her. But while she is under the water, she meets ghost girl Della. Della is very strange... This book was great! I finished it in about 1 hour. Beware horror fans!

A girl goes to Camp Cold Lake. She is scared because there is a ghost that is following her. The ghost is trying to kill her. This is a very creepy book. Fifth and Sixth graders would enjoy this book. N.D.

Well it has a great storyline if I owned it I would probably be reading it with my friend a great book for horror seeking kids and its a little odd the ghost is actually trying to save the girl since the ghost died in the camp that this book is setted in.

i just read this book like 2 hours ago, and i am still a little shaken. the ending of the book is so ironic!! i didn't expect Briana to be dead! what was so scary is that throughout this whole book, Sarah is being chased by a dead girl named Della. then, it turns out she's being chased again by another dead girl! this book is really a turn pager and a bone-thriller. it will give you goosebumps!!!

a girl who dosen't want to go to camp ends up going anyway, going to camp cold lake. The camp where she almost drowned, a camp where another little girl named Della drowned, a camp that is HAUNTED. But she soon comes to relize after she almost drowned, was nearley shreaded by a motor, and bitten by a poisonous snake, that Della is a ghost, who is not only trying to haunt this innocent girl, but is trying to KILL her as well. And just when the girl just thinks she is done, her arch enemy at camp, Briana, comes to realize in the end that Della killed her, and that Briana is a dead ghost as well. I hope you buy this book and see that it is one of the greatest Goosebumps book in the entire serise ever made!

I luv thiz book it is my favorite! It's really scary. I felt really bad for Sarah just about everyone hated her. It wuz only her first day and briana and meg tortured her to death with the snake a and when they told her that some boys put a fire-cracker in the camp-fire. they said that they were going to make up and be friends and then they lied again. And also when jan lied to liz and said that sarah had tipped over the canoe when it wuz really jan and then sarah got in trouble.Jan didn't even know what brana and meg were doing to sarah. What i thought wuz scariest though wuz when sarah wuz almost dead and della wuz singing sadly.
