Cursed Hearts, The Guardian Heart Crystal Series by Amy Blankenship. The series is paranormal, fantasy, romance. This series of books are stand-alone novels that have the same lovable cast of characters. I love the fact that it doesn't matter if you read them in order or not and that you don't need to know what happened before. It's the character development that has you wanting to read the others in the series because they are so personable and endearing, mischievous little darlings that has you wondering "what are they going to get into now". Each book is a highlight of each of their love and has different outcomes. The books are in an alternate reality so anything can happen and be a different story from the others. In this book Kyoko has been raised in an all girls school and has been hidden away and sheltered from the real world. Thinking she is an orphan she is delighted that she hadn't been abandoned she returns to her family home to find she has a brother that could still be alive. She returns home and goes to public high school where she meets her five sexy guardians and friends. But very soon everything gets thrown out of the normal and a world of demons try and take over leaving Kyoko in need of protection and passion arise to heighten Kyoko to her true powers. The details and descriptions are so in-depth that you just have to keep turning the pages. So full of action, suspense and of course love. "Darn, I just finish the whole series.", "Oh, well." "I will be re-reading these stories over and over, because they are just that EXCELLENT!" Rate: 5 out of 5

This book will keep you guessing as to who will get the girl. There are many choices for young Kyoko and after spending her entier life in an all girls school she is about to meet the real world, High school, 5 hunky brothers who all want her in a bad way, deamons, a lost brother, and so much more that it keeps you turning the page. Though this is a great book I LOVE Vampier Gemini more AND Black Winged Angle. I have yet to read the others I but want to see who gets Kyoko in the next book. As for this book it is a must read. And you will NOT guess the end. Have a blast. ;)
