    great practice workbook

Unfortunately they do not teach penmenship anymore and leave it basically to us parents to teach our kids to write... at least that has been my experience. Thus, this book helps to bridge the gap and shows the accepted way of writing... as my child grows he can adapt it to his own style!

    Great Practice Book

My kids really enjoy the animal themes. They have fun trying to stump the parents with the little facts that dot the book. I wish that their classroom teachers had taken the time to teach this the right way. Now they can see how and why proper letter formation is so important to clear cursive communication.

Not all the cursive letters are correct!

Some of the letters in this book are not correct with what is taught in school, for example, the capital letter Q is completely incorrect. The letter B is also slightly incorrect. I bought this because my son switched schools mid-year and in his new school he was behind in cursive, it was rather disappointing to find that after I bought the book some of it was incorrect! If the letters were done correctly it would be a better book.
