Title: Curvy Girl Crochet - 25 Patterns That Fit and Flatter
    Author: Mary Beth Temple

I have crocheted for over 40 years and in that time I still had a hard time with adult clothing items. Just as the standing joke about one size fits all is I want to meet this all so it is hard to take any crochet or knit pattern at face value. Curvy Girl Crochet helps you by giving you instructions on how to adjust the length of sleeves and waist. They give you techniques on how to give the garment a better fit around the bust, the waist and the hips. These are all beautiful patterns and if you are looking for a gift to give a loved one. Any of these would do for someone will a full figure. These ideas would be perfect. Curvy Girl Crochet provides the patterns, you provide the love.

The Comely Cardigan and the Counterpoint Pullover are the two items I thought I would try to test the patterns. I wil tell you that my one niece may or may not get The Comely Cardigan for Christmas. It was so easy to do and adjust I may have to make more for birthdays next year. I could also make myself one in each of my favorite colors so that I will have a something warm to wear no matter what color or pattern I am wearing. As for the Counterpoint Pullover I used the instructions for a better fit at the waist and hips. Then I thought it would make a lovely dress and decided to flair it a little and lengthen it to the knee. I paired it with a belt and shawl and it really looks quite lovely. The complements I received on it made my head swell. Some did not believe I had made it myself at all and no one could believe I had made it in under two weeks.

The Stratum Wrap is my next project. It looks so light and airy. I can't wait for my copy to arrive. Thank you to NetGalley and the Publishers for allowing me the opportunity to read Curvy Girl Crochet in exchange for an honest review. From Beginner to expert there are some beautiful items to be made in Curvy Girl Crochet. Pick up you copy today and if you know someone who likes to crochet remember this would make a wonderful gift.
