I was astounded by the commonsense logic of this guide for freshman students in history classes. Written by two college professors, this book contains all of the survival tips that I learned the hard way in college. Chapters include specific information on what notes to take in class (not the usual how to take notes info in other books), how to know what is important to read in a textbook, how to prepare & take tests (including online tests), and so on. The information in the book is useful for not just freshman history students, but for any level of student in any subject. Best of all is that it is written in clear, concise, easily read chapters that can be digested quickly by busy students. Highly recommended. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
