I think people may be put-off by the title. It's not cutter as in the self harm kind of cutter but i believe the author described it as meaning a local person? I like the author's witing style. I'm deffinitely looking for more!

Cutters vs. Jocks by Elizabeth Marx is an enjoyable read. The main characters, Libby and Aidan are the perfect mismatched pair, yet readers are able to relate to each individual's circumstance. And throughout the course of this novella, Elizabeth Marx demonstrates strong abilities at laying a story that ha,s an emotional connection to characters and readers. By allowing Libby and Aidan a direct voice to the audience, Marx has included all in the storyline and growth of characters. Moreover, it is well-written and offers a clever tone. Cutters vs. Jocks is deserves 5 stars!

I was happy to read about the beginning of Aidan's and Libby's relationship - again, filled with witty banter and funny moments. I can't wait to read more of Elizabeth Marx's books... anxiously waiting!
